It would be such an immense honour and a most bountiful blessing upon my work as I grow this tiny seed of transformation for womankind with The Essential Path - she has roots and wings that want to grow deeply and steadily for the woman in each of us with the heartwish to blossom into her most authentic, aligned and powerful self.

The interactive gathering will be similar to the introductory session you participated in on retreat and would include a "seed theme" on a life topic of your choice with protocol to initiate on the day and start walking into the soil of your life including:

Therapeutic Group session - (Think about choosing something that impacts your inner process, purpose or life path and I will bring the rest)
Aroma Acupoint Therapy - body blessing with Essential Oils

We will work as a group to build the labyrinth of The Essential Path together with a material of your choice - this is a cue for you to be as creative and imaginative as you crave! I hope to collect a gallery of Labyrinths as unique as the groups I'll work with!

Once the path is created we will set the space with a body blessing before crossing the threshold of our work and beginning our learning.

There will, of course, be all the essential touches required to make it feel decadent, ceremonial and deeply nourishing.

Remember too that this seed is the Great Connector of women and is intended to be shared in order that it spark a feminine wildfire leaving a trail of wildflowers along the path that we will blaze together.

Perhaps you'd like to share The Essential Path with your womenfolk around a place of common ground, in safe, sacred, shared therapeutic space. You can pick a point of focus, for example on mothering, work/life balance, career, relationships, self-care, transitions/endings, stress management or any other area of your life that you would love to bring insight, clarity, awareness and full attention to for yourself and others. 

Sharing the seed of The Essential Path is a most potent & precious invitation to extend to the women you treasure the most. Now that you have received the seed of this work you are the custodian of a very special pathway.

Bring your gathering to your favourite beach, place in nature, work space or your own home. You may also make a day of it at my own home studio space The Threshold in Glasgow, home of The Essential Path.

This offering is free of charge up to and including May while we are in the pre-launch phase. My intention is to share the seed of the path with as many women as possible, which is where you can step into a most vital and cherished role on this journey with me.
